A few years ago, I decided to take early retirement and launched Denholm-White to return—on a part-time basis—as a consultant, drawing on over 35 years of experience across three business sectors.

​

Having built a fulfilling career in health and safety within the garden machinery, plant and tool hire, and builders’ merchants industries, I felt it was time to share some of the valuable insights and practices used by larger organisations. This includes innovative approaches such as digital learning, all aimed at creating safer working environments.

​

For me, it’s about sharing knowledge and making learning enjoyable—whether that’s face-to-face or, as is increasingly common, online.
